Where Adobe Store digital gift cards can be used
Adobe Store gift cards can only be applied to branded merchandise, tax, and shipping
from the Adobe Store online (AdobeStore.com), and at the Adobe Store in the Adobe San Jose office. They are not redeemable at Adobe branded merchandise stores in any other locations.
Adobe Store gift cards are not valid on Adobe.com or for any Adobe software subscriptions or purchases. Please visit Adobe.com [adobe.com] to purchase Adobe software.
Please note that the Adobe Store is not able to ship to every country, and current limitations include Romania, China, and Brazil. If you have questions about international shipping, please email

Choosing the gift card value
You may want to consider the additional costs of tax and shipping when you choose the value of the gift certificate. US shipping can range from $7-$25+ depending on items selected, and international shipping varies from $35-$65+ depending on items selected and destination country.

Gift cards are redeemable for Adobe branded merchandise (excluding gift cards)
from www.AdobeStore.com. Adobe employees may also redeem them at the Adobe Store in
San Jose, CA – West Tower, 2nd floor.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed at Adobe branded merchandise stores in any other
locations and are not valid on Adobe.com or for any Adobe software subscriptions or purchases.
Gift cards are non-refundable, not reloadable, cannot be resold, and cannot be redeemed
for cash except as required by law. No replacement or refund if lost, damaged, stolen, or used
without your permission. Terms subject to change without notice. Purchase, acceptance, or use
of gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Receiving the digital gift cards
You’ll receive an order confirmation for the purchase of your gift card(s). The gift card code(s) will be e-mailed separately to you or your gift recipient based on your choices when buying the card(s).
